About ERO

ERO is a brand owned and operated by Crop International LLC, registered in Littleton, Colorado. All products are manufactured in Canada in a certified facility.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this store. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Product Use and Health Disclaimer

ERO Mushroom Coffee is a food supplement product. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. ERO products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Results may vary. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition, consult a qualified healthcare provider before use. Do not exceed 4 cups per day. Produced in a facility that also processes cashews.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Once your order is confirmed, the price at the time of purchase is the price you pay.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or supply issues. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are processed via Recharge Payments. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method on the schedule selected at checkout.

You may pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled order to avoid being charged for that cycle.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the ERO name, logo, product descriptions, photographs and copy — is the property of Crop International LLC and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crop International LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Colorado.
