When will I be charged?

You are charged on the same date each month, starting on the date of your first order. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before each charge.

How do I skip or pause?

Log into your ERO account and go to your subscription portal (powered by Recharge). From there you can skip, pause, change your next order date or cancel. All changes take effect immediately.

Can I cancel after just one order?

Yes. There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel after your first order ships. Just cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge to avoid being billed for the next cycle.

Does the 15% discount apply to every order?

Yes. The 15% discount applies to every recurring order for as long as your subscription is active — not just the first one.

What if I have too much ERO stocked up?

Skip your next delivery or push the date back — both options are available in your account portal. No charge unless an order processes.
