Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
United States

International
We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations. Rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your location.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, contact us at support@erobrew.com.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the correct address.
Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@erobrew.com.
