Refund and Return Policy

We stand behind ERO and want you to be satisfied with every order. If something is not right, here is how we handle it.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first ERO purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund. No lengthy process. We ask that you have genuinely tried the product and let us know what was not working for you.

This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and to one unit per household.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, sealed incorrectly or appears defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@erobrew.com with your order number and a clear photograph. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days. We will ship the correct item and arrange return of the incorrect one at our expense.

Returns

Due to the nature of consumable food products, we do not accept returns of opened items except in the cases described above. Unopened, sealed products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

To initiate a return, email support@erobrew.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without receiving instructions first.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit may take a few additional days to appear.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped are not eligible for refund unless the product is damaged or defective. To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, cancel or skip at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment via your account portal.

Sale Items

Items purchased during promotions or with discount codes are eligible for exchange or store credit only, not a cash refund, unless the product is damaged or defective.
